A hire-on bonus is available only for candidates who:
Already hold an active RBT certification
Currently live in the service area or will actively work in the service area where the position is located
Bonus eligibility will be confirmed during the hiring process.
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect and record data on client progress
Collaborate with families and clinical team members
Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment
Active RBT certification (required at time of application)
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
