Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings in Tennessee. The role requires an active RBT certification and offers flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options.

Pay starts at $20–$24 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for growth, PTO, and referral bonuses. Travel within service area may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required at time of application).
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.

This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.

• Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Hire-On Bonus

A hire-on bonus is available only for candidates who:

• Currently live in the service area or will actively work in the service area where the position is located
