Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, under BCBA oversight, to support meaningful progress for children.

Applicants must hold an active RBT certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to travel locally. The role offers $20–$24/hour starting pay, full- or part-time options, flexible scheduling, PTO, referral bonuses, and opportunities for growth.

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.

• Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Hire-On Bonus

A hire-on bonus is available only for candidates who:

• Currently live in the service area or will actively work in the service area where the position is located
