Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in the greater St. Charles area. Under supervision by a BCBA/case manager, you will provide 1:1 support to children with autism and help implement ABA programs.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress reporting to parents and team, and travel to client homes or centers as needed. This is a full-time role offering mentorship, PTO, comprehensive benefits, and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED
• Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers
• Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
• Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
• Some travel may be required

Location: 3815 E. Main Street, Suite B; St. Charles IL 60174

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/2-3 evenings till 6:45pm)

Compensation: $19.00-$22.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is looking to hire a Full Time registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in LOCATION. In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.
