Job summary

KALEIDOSCOPE LEARNING CENTER CORP is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
