Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy in Crystal Lake, IL seeks a full-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism by delivering ABA programs under BCBA supervision. You’ll work 1:1 with kids in home and center settings and participate in multidisciplinary team care.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some evenings, and a compensation range of $18–$22 per hour, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous Therapy Experience.
• 1 Year of OP Experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress
• Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center
• Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA

Rush Kids Peditric Thearpy is seeking a Full Time Registered Behavior Technician to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
