Achieving Stars Therapy in Columbus, OH seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, through in-home and community ABA services.

You will collect data, implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Part-time, in-person role with travel as needed; pay ranges $18–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
