Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community ABA services in the Lancaster, Ohio area. You will implement planning, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, HIPAA compliance, and teamwork, with hours around 15 per week and a pay range of $17–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
