Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Olathe, KS. In-home and community-based ABA services help individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, reach meaningful goals.

You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team. This role requires travel to client homes, Monday through Friday, with competitive pay and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
