Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy KS is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Olathe, KS. You will support individuals with developmental disabilities, delivering in-home and community ABA services under supervision, helping clients acquire new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We offer competitive pay ($19.00–$25.00/hour), full-time/part-time schedules, paid training, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with autism preferred.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
