Job summary

Blue Jay ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role in Cary, NC. You will implement behavior plans, provide one-on-one therapy, and collect data under BCBA supervision.

The team focuses on high-quality in-home ABA therapy for ASD, with a supportive, growth-oriented environment and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism services or ABA settings preferred.
• Comfortable working with children and families in home environments.
• Ability to follow supervision and implement behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers regularly.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.

Key Responsibilities
