Job summary

Blue Jay ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Fuquay-Varina for in-home ABA therapy. You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, run one-on-one sessions with children on the autism spectrum, and track progress using electronic data software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress with electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review client progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals for sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
