Job summary

Blue Jay ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Louisburg, NC. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, under the supervision of a BCBA, and collect data on progress.

The role supports families with personalized ABA services, with opportunities for professional development and a flexible schedule. Prior BT/RBT experience preferred, training provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
