Beyond Core Therapy in Carl Junction, MO seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in-home or in-school settings under BCBA supervision, contributing to evidence-based ABA programs.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or/and in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $22-32/hour
• Part-Time: 20 Hours a week
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 3:30-7:30
• Location: Carl Junction, MO

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Licence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion.
• Valid CPR and First aid certificate.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
