Job summary

Beyond Core Therapy in Joplin, MO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school settings. This part-time role offers afternoon/evening shifts (4pm–8pm), a supportive team, and opportunities for professional growth.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT license, a 40‑hour training certificate, and CPR/First Aid certification. The position emphasizes collaboration with BCBA plans, data collection, and ensuring a safe, positive environment for children.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion.
• Valid CPR and First aid certificate.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home and/or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home and/or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $24-$29
• Part‑Time: 20 hours a week-M-F
• Shifts: 4pm-8pm
• Location: Joplin, MO

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) licence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion.
