Job summary

Beyond Core Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Greenfield, MO team. We provide in-home and school-based ABA services with a focus on evidence-based practices and client success.

The role offers part-time hours (25 hours per week), afternoons 1pm–6pm, competitive pay, generous PTO, and clear paths for career advancement within a supportive BCBA-guided environment. Strong communication with families and reliable transportation are valued as part of delivering

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) licence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion.
• Valid CPR and First aid certificate.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home and/or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home and/or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Pay Range: $24-$29
• Part-Time: 25 hours a week-M-F
• Shifts: 1pm-6pm
• Location: Florissant, MO
