Job summary

Springboard ABA in Cabot, Arkansas is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings, following plans developed by a supervising BCBA. You will collect and document session data, collaborate with parents and caregivers, and travel within Cabot and surrounding rural areas to provide consistent, quality care.

The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with pay ranging from $18 to $23 per hour, based on experience, and

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social interaction, and daily living skills

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Prior experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Cabot and the surrounding rural areas
• Must pass a background check and complete Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
