Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism.

We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and meaningful client outcomes. We offer part-time availability with AM and/or PM shifts and flexible scheduling based on your availability.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA or with children is beneficial.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.

Education

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
