Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work under a BCBA-developed treatment plan, collecting progress data and collaborating with families to support goals.

The role offers daytime daycare scheduling, a flexible M-F 9AM-12PM window, and opportunities for growth within a supportive clinical team. A reliable applicant will have current RBT certification and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA or with children preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• In a Daycare M-F 9AM-12PM
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
