Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Aurora, CO is seeking active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents in their homes and community settings.

We offer competitive pay of $21.00–$26.00 per hour, with both part-time and full-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, paid training, ongoing mentorship from experienced BCBAs, and clear pathways for advancement to Senior RBT or RBT Lead roles.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Aurora area.
• Comfortable working one-on-one with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community-based settings.

What You'll Do

As an RBT with Alora Behavioral Health, you'll work directly with children and adolescents with autism to help them develop meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community-based settings
• Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collecting and documenting data to track client progress
• Collaborating with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
• Supporting clients through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities

What We're Looking For

• Active RBT certification – Required
