Job summary

FAAST ABA, a Finni Health company, seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support BCBA-led ABA care in children’s homes in Anthem, AZ.

You will provide in-home services 15 hours/week (Weekdays 4:00pm–7:00pm) with data collection, supervision, and team collaboration. RBT and CPR certifications required; background check is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT Certification through BACB required.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person ABA services in a child’s home and community.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors and progress.
• Participate in weekly supervision with the Behavior Analyst.
• Attend regular team meetings to share insights.

Location: In-Home/Community - Anthem, AZ

Pay: $20-$25 per hour

FAAST ABA is seeking a dedicated part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will partner closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver transformative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care to children in their homes. You’ll work one-on-one with families, helping children develop new skills, achieve milestones, and foster independence.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interest in working with children, especially those with special needs
• Experience working with children preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Active RBT Certification through the BACB (required)
• Active CPR Certification (required)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Capability to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods
• Comfort sitting on the floor or standing for prolonged periods
