Arrow Behavioral Associates, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Meriden, CT team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision and collecting data to track progress.

This role focuses on developing essential life, communication, and social skills in a supportive setting. Part-time, 25 hours per week, $21-$23 per hour, in-person, with ongoing supervision and training.

Qualifications

• Must hold Current RBT Certification.
• CPR Certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
