Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Indiana to deliver ABA therapy in home settings. You will work under supervision to implement individualized programs for children with Autism, collect data, and communicate progress to families and the team.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and professional growth within a structured ABA practice. A valid RBT certification and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is a required credential.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of the program.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians about daily activities of the client.

About Succeed ABA

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care.

At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each therapist, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00- $28.00 per hour.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in Indiana. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

What is a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)?

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.
