Position Summary
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming with clients at Westside Children’s Therapy, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Providing predominantly play-based therapy, the RBT will support clients in developing a wide variety of skills.
Essential Functions
- Implement direct therapy services for assigned clients and caseload, following programming written by BCBA.
- Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
- Collect and record data on patients' behavior.
- Complete and submit required documentation (SOAP notes, etc.) in a timely manner, aligned with Westside's policies and procedures.
- Develop strong relationships with the children on your caseload and strive to make every session a fun experience.
Required Education, Experience, and Credentials
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competence with a variety of computer applications.
- Comfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their families.

Travel Requirements
- Some travel within assigned region for training, meetings, and supporting client coverage needs.
