Milestone Therapy is expanding to Bradley, IL, and we need EIGHT talented RBTs!

At Milestone, we aim to be the employer of choice for Pediatrics. We are entering the greater Kankakee area in partnership with Riverside Health, at our new facility located at the Atrium on Kennedy Drive, just south of Olivet Nazarene University. Our goal is to pair you with supportive BCBAs and prepare you to assist children across the autism spectrum. We are "pediatrics done right" — and we want you to be part of it.

Responsibilities of RBT

• Facilitating new skill acquisition
• Redirection of undesired behaviors
• Collaborating with your BCBA and lead therapist
• Daily documentation

Qualifications for RBT

• RBT Certification
• 1-2 Years of Pediatric Experience preferred; new RBTs are welcome to apply
• Pay based on experience
