Position Summary:

Part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) provide services in clinical settings (in Dyer and/or Portage) and surrounding areas during home visits. Energetic applicants who are willing to learn and have fun are encouraged to apply!

Essential Functions:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic and home environments to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans as directed and designed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client goals and behavior.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and staff to ensure consistent implementation of plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Job Details:

Type: Part-time or Full-time

Pay: Competitive pay and CE benefits. Non-certified applicants may qualify for a free 40-hour training certificate program.
