Daily Responsibilities

• Work directly with children on the autism spectrum to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, collect data on behavior progress, and assist with skill acquisition in communication, social interactions, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with professionals, including BCBAs, to ensure effective treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment ensuring physical and emotional well-being.
• Document and report progress accurately.

Candidate Qualifications
