Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Joliet, IL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, document accurately, and engage with families to support each child’s progress. RBT certification reimbursement and benefits are provided; schedule is Mon-Fri 1-7 for 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
