Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Illinois is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy alongside BCBAs and families.

You will implement direct services, collect data, complete documentation, attend weekly team meetings, and maintain a caseload of about 30 therapy hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete documentation on time.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with the clinic's ABA team.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 30 therapy hours per week.
