Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide play-based ABA services under BCBA supervision and with families. You will implement direct therapy, collect data, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with the team.

Schedule is Monday through Friday from 3 - 6 pm; we offer reimbursement for RBT certification, flexible schedules, and a collaborative culture supporting development with children and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to work with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
