Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy with children. You will work closely with BCBAs and families to deliver high-quality, engaging sessions and collect data for progress tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Proficiency with common computer applications and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client data and complete required documentation accurately and on time.
