Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver play-based ABA therapy at our Shorewood clinic in Shorewood, IL. You will work closely with BCBAs and families to support each child's progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration, effective communication, and accurate data collection, with supervision and ongoing support from BCBA teammates. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, daytime hours with clinic needs shaping the exact times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
