Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy is seeking an RBT to deliver direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients under BCBA supervision. You will collect and record behavioral data and ensure accurate documentation, supporting a play-based approach that engages children and families.

You will work with the BCBA during supervision, receive feedback, and participate in a teamwork-driven, supportive environment designed for growth. Schedule includes Mon 8am-12pm, Tue-Fri 8am-3pm.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Record and report client behavioral data and complete documentation on time.
• Collaborate with BCBA during supervision and seek feedback.
• Engage with clients in a play-based therapy environment.
