Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with BCBA supervision and families to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. The role focuses on play-based sessions and precise data collection to track progress.

You will implement direct ABA services for assigned clients, record behavioral data, and complete documentation on time. The position offers competitive hourly pay, flexible schedules, benefits eligibility, and RBT certification support.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Active RBT certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
