Galliant Bedford Clinic is hiring for RBT positions to provide 1-on-1 behavior therapy for children with ASD in a center-based setting. We offer paid 40-hour RBT training and sponsor the national exam within the first 8 weeks, with a stable daytime schedule.
Uncertified applicants can join and complete training to become certified, with a comprehensive benefits package and a 8:00 AM–4:15 PM workday, Monday to Friday, at our Bedford clinic.
Certified RBTs: $19.00 – $24.00 / hour
Uncertified / Entry-Level: $18.00 – $19.00 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

100% Paid RBT Certification: For uncertified hires, we cover all costs for your 40-hour RBT coursework and national BACB exam fees within your first 8 weeks.
Predictable Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—enjoy consistent hours, a single clinic home, and your weekends free (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).
BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside accessible, supportive BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D.

Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.
Backgrounds Welcome: Great fit for career-changers transitioning out of daycare, early childhood education, caregiving, special education support, retail, customer service, or healthcare support!
Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Bedford clinic.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
