Job summary

Ultimate Caring ABA in Dallas, TX seeks a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home, clinic or community settings.

You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients develop communication and daily living skills. Experience with ASD preferred; RBT certification required; reliable transportation essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• RBT certification required
• Experience with children with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred
• Willingness to learn ABA principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide 1:1 direct therapy in client homes, clinics or community settings
• Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social and daily living skills
• Document session notes and progress in a timely manner
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families and caregivers to support goals
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for all clients
