Job summary

Ultimate Caring ABA in McKinney, TX seeks a passionate Behavior Technician / RBT to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. You will provide 1:1 direct therapy to children, collect data, and implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision in various settings.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certificate (or willingness to obtain), and experience with ASD or developmental disabilities. Travel to client locations in the Dallas area may be required. Join a team dedicated to meaningful, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Prior experience with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide 1:1 direct therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Collect accurate behavioral data during each session.
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Document session notes and progress in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support client goals.
