Job summary

Verbal Beginnings in the United States is seeking an ABA Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. This role works under BCBA supervision and focuses on communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills.

We offer extensive training to become an RBT, support for BCBA supervision, and excellent employee benefits; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to help children with autism achieve their goals.
• Willingness to learn about ABA therapy and autism.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills.
• Collects and records data to monitor progress and updates the treatment plan with the clinical supervisor.
