Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children and support families in a full-time role. We provide comprehensive training to new hires, including RBT certification prep, with a collaborative, supportive team environment.

You will work under BCBA supervision to implement behavior plans, collect data, and help children reach developmental goals in a child-centered setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience or RBT certification required; comprehensive training provided.
• Genuine passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions under supervision.
• Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA professionals.
• Record and maintain client progress data for treatment planning.
• Support families with strategies to reinforce skills at home and in the community.
• Foster a warm, supportive therapeutic environment for clients and families.
