Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism and related disorders. You will provide direct-care behavioral therapy under supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and document progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• If not RBT certified, complete RBT certification within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions.
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data according to company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
