Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide direct-care behavioral therapy to children with autism and related disorders in Maryland. You will implement evidence-based interventions and collect data to track progress, collaborating with BCBAs and BCaBAs to adjust treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• If not RBT certified, complete RBT certification within first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
