Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs and help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

This role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with families to ensure consistent use of ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA’s guidance.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress via data collection.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and records.
• Support ADLs and social interactions in daily living activities.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
