Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Olathe, KS is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. You'll implement play-based activities and Applied Behavior Analysis strategies to foster new skills, track progress, and celebrate each milestone with families.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Enjoy working with kids; patient and creative.
• Age 18+ to join the team.

What You’ll Do:

Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You’ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.
