Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Duluth, Minnesota, is looking for compassionate Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities to help them build essential life skills.

Qualifications

• Must be available full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm).

Compensation

• No RBT? $17.41 - $19.15
• Obtained your RBT 1? $18.32 - $21.07 with potential to move up to $25.49 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
• Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. What You’ll Do

Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a BT, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life‑changing skills. You’ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.
