Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Elgin, IL is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum using play-based ABA strategies. • Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children and patience.
• 18+ years old and ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in play-based activities.
• Track progress and celebrate every win, supporting a child’s journey toward independence and confidence.
• Assist in implementing structured 1:1 sessions and ABA-based interventions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent care and communication.

What You’ll Do:

As a RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You’ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.
