What You’ll Do:
Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a RBT, you’ll work one‑on‑one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life‑changing skills. You’ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.

• You’re certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
