Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Minnesota to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum using play-based ABA strategies. You will track progress and celebrate every child's growth toward independence and confidence.

The role requires RBT certification, a high school diploma or GED, and availability Monday–Friday from 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Join a supportive team that values creativity, patience, and positive impact on families.
