Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Kansas City, MO. Join a team focused on meaningful outcomes for children using Applied Behavior Analysis in a supportive, play-based environment.

You will work one-on-one with children, tracking progress, and applying evidence-based strategies to build essential skills. We value collaboration, growth opportunities, and a positive, child-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with kids and patience.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using play-based ABA strategies.
• Track progress and celebrate wins as part of a child’s journey toward independence.
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a structured 1:1 setting.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You’re certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
• You're available full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
• You have a high school diploma or GED
• You love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
• You’re at least 18 years old and ready to make an impact
