Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with clients on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
