Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism, under supervision of a BCBA, following a tailored treatment plan and recording session data.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain attendance.
