Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Salisbury, MD is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement programs, collect data, and maintain accurate session notes while communicating with caregivers and scheduling staff.

Travel to assigned cases and adherence to ethical and privacy requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology or related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned service locations.
